I'm investigating candidates listed on the sample ballot for the Tuesday electon. An independent group, Fore Pemberton Pride is fielding mayorial and council candidates for my muncipality. They don't explain what Fore means; I think its an intentional mispelling of for. I want to share an item from their agenda.
8. Introduce opening prayer at all Township Meetings to insure civility. All faiths will be encouraged to participate but must be Township residents.
Two bad jokes: Can I use prayers to insure my motor vehical? I met Christianity at Wawa yesterday, and I'm going out on a date with Buddism tomorrow.
I have difficulty evaluating their platform after reading that poor mix of religion, politics, government, and bad grammer.
